Kids Skate Friday – Summer 2025 Recap

This summer, Advocate Skateworks was proud to partner with Kids Skate Day and Davis Skate Club to host Kids Skate Friday at the North Coast Yard in Cleveland. Over the past seven weeks, we’ve seen incredible energy, growth, and joy from the next generation of skaters.

Every Friday, young skaters from across the city came out to push themselves, learn new skills, and most importantly—have fun. From first-time ollies to confident carves, the progression we witnessed was truly inspiring. The smiles, laughter, and supportive energy from both the kids and families made this series unforgettable.

As the summer winds down, we’re already looking ahead to the next chapter. Stay tuned, because we’ll be rolling out our mobile skatepark across Northeast Ohio and beyond—bringing the same spirit of inclusion, learning, and stoke to new communities.

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported, volunteered, and made Kids Skate Friday such a success. We can’t wait to see you again next season!
